The itinerary
- Day 01
Arrival in Tallinn
Airport meet & assist, private transfer to your Old Town hotel, and a welcome dinner in a candle-lit medieval hall.
- Day 02
Telliskivi & the Market Halls
A guided food walk through Telliskivi Creative City and the neighbouring Baltic Station Market, with tastings of rye bread, smoked fish and farm cheeses. Evening at leisure.
- Day 03
Lahemaa Manor & Cider House
A day in the countryside: a guided visit and lunch at a restored manor house in Lahemaa National Park, followed by a cellar tour and tasting at a family-run cider house. Return to Tallinn in the early evening.
- Day 04
Old Town Cellars & Chef's Table
A sommelier-led tasting of Baltic fruit wines and rare vintages in a vaulted Old Town cellar. In the evening, a private chef's table in a converted industrial space in the Noblessner harbour district.

Morning at leisure and private transfer to Tallinn Airport for onward travel.
